Rebecca has been with Old Town Companies for more than seven years. She first served as Community Collaborator, integrating community involvement into the company’s real estate developments, and since 2024 has served as Chief Culture Officer, leading culture strategy and employee engagement company-wide. She partners with Old Town’s master-planned developments to create community-centered experiences for residents, from integrating an urban farm to including attainable homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Before joining Old Town, Rebecca spent more than a decade in education as a classroom teacher, literacy coach, and adjunct professor, designing curriculum and leading professional development for educators in Central Indiana. She is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a graduate of the Hamilton County Community Leadership Academy. She loves supporting her four children in their pursuits and traveling the world with her husband. Meanwhile, she keeps calm stateside as a yoga instructor.
