Greg Koziol serves as the Vice President of Preconstruction and Land Development at Old Town, specializing in commercial, multifamily, and food and beverage developments. With a background spanning land entitlement, preconstruction, economic development, design management and more, Greg brings extensive experience from his work in real estate and construction to lead Old Town’s predevelopment efforts. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in the development of more than 10 million square feet of vertical projects valued at over $1 billion. As a Carmel resident, he is passionate about shaping and enhancing the communities where we work, live, and play. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their three children. He makes the most of summers at Lake Wawasee and stays active by golfing, working out, and running.
