Lucas is a financial analyst with more than four years of experience in real estate development and investment, specializing in financial modeling, project proformas, and investor and lender reporting. His background includes managing critical deadlines, preparing comprehensive marketing and investment materials, and supporting the full development process from early underwriting through project execution. He brings a strong foundation in both analytical and project‑management functions across multifamily and mixed‑use real estate. Lucas graduated from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis with a degree in finance and real estate.
Outside of work, Lucas enjoys golf, weightlifting, and watching sports. He also enjoys spending time outside with friends/family and appreciates the Indiana weather during the summer/fall.
