Old Town Companies Announces Expansion of Mixed Use Development Projects in Hamilton County and in Purdue Discovery Park District in Tippecanoe County. New Leadership Positions to Manage Growth.

July 22, 2019 – Carmel, IN – A growing demand for new, quality home construction leads Old Town Companies to expand its real estate developments across the state as the Carmel-based company adds three key executive positions to meet this growing demand in several community redevelopment projects.

Old Town’s work has been widely recognized by civic leaders as transformational, especially in Carmel where the company was instrumental in the creation and branding of Midtown, Carmel’s massive redevelopment in the heart of the City that has attracted hundreds of jobs and led to over $300 million in public-private investment.

One current Old Town project – Provenance at Discovery Park District – is a walkable, new urbanist mixed-use neighborhood recently announced by Purdue Research Foundation who selected Old Town as its master developer.
