Midland Pointe

Midland Pointe consists of 256 units, spread across 24 distinct buildings, incorporating a variety of architectural designs including mid-rise flats, townhomes with garages, and two-story buildings featuring units on both floors with attached garages. These homes come in an assortment of formats from studios to three-bedroom apartments, providing potential residents with an array of living options. Moreover, the project is not just about homes; it incorporates well-thought-out amenities like a kitchen/lounge area, fitness zone, and a pool, making for a wholesome living experience.



Magnolia: Luxury Living at 126th & Rangeline

Old Town will build luxury condominiums and two-story City Homes at the southeast corner of 126th Street and South Rangeline Road. The development, called Magnolia, will offer covered parking to homeowners. The location is directly across the street from shops and restaurants and within one block from Carmel’s beautiful Palladium, the City’s popular center for performing arts.

South Rangeline Road

Old Town will redevelop four acres on South Rangeline Road and Executive Drive into approximately 100,000 sf Class A office and retail space, a specialty hotel, and multifamily apartments. The location is well-suited for a live, work, and play environment in its close proximity to the Monon Trail, a multi-service Kroger grocery center, restaurants and retail, and easy access to major traffic arteries including Keystone Avenue and U.S. 31.


Union Square at Grand Junction

This transformative initiative, with a projected private investment of $50 million, promises to invigorate the area immediately north of Grand Junction Plaza and augment parking options for both residents and visitors. Strategically situated in the city block between State Road 32 and the Plaza, Union Square embarks on a phased development plan over the next three to five years. The plans encompass an impressive mix of retail shops, eateries, and market-rate apartments, all expertly designed to enhance the community experience. Construction for this project began on June 5, 2023. Upon completion, Union Square will feature 196 residential units, 13,358 square feet of office and retail space, and a generous 13,265 square feet of outdoor courtyard for residents to relish. In addition to this, the development will include 10,594 square feet of amenity space, inclusive of a swimming pool for leisure and relaxation. Moreover, a parking garage will provide additional convenience, solidifying Union Square's commitment to providing a comprehensive and enriching living experience.



North End

Carmel, IN

Old Town, a 28-acre neighborhood in Carmel’s north side, harmoniously blends varied housing options, office spaces, and amenities while preserving the natural topography. As a trailblazer, it's Indiana’s first community with dedicated apartments for residents with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD). The development includes 168 units in three buildings, 46 townhomes, and 10 single-family lots. One building will feature 25,000 sq ft of retail and office space. Federal Hill

Noblesville, IN

Federal Hill, a vibrant mixed-use community in downtown Noblesville, Indiana, presents an excellent blend of retail and residential spaces. This development, offering 10,000 square feet of retail space, promises residents a prime location at the heart of city life. It will feature 222 apartments spread across two buildings, with 118 units in one and 104 in the other.
